Risk Disclosure

All VeloPerps accounts, including evaluation and funded accounts, operate within a simulated, non-executing trading environment. No program involves the deposit, use, or risk of a participant's real capital, and no participant is asked to fund a live trading account. Simulated pricing is modeled by reference to publicly available data from third-party exchanges. VeloPerps is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any referenced exchange. Trading perpetual futures contracts involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every person. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee advancement or payout eligibility. VeloPerps does not provide investment, trading, tax, legal, or financial advice.
